Synergy has implemented steps to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We ask that you use the Alberta Health Services self assessment tool before attend your appointment for the safety of our patients and staff. [https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Journey/COVID-19/Pages/Assessment.aspx] If you are unwell please cancel your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

If you provide less than 24 hours notice or miss an appointment, you will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled visit. It is at the discretion of the practitioner whether the fee will be charged.
